Ballpark / Rino / Curtis Park

“Five Points is one of Denver’s oldest historic neighborhoods and is named for where the downtown street grid meets the neighborhood street grid of the first Denver suburbs. The five points in the district name are the vertexes formed where four streets meet: 26th Avenue, 27th Street, Washington Street, and Welton Street. The neighborhood was home to Denver’s aristocracy, housing mayors, governors, and prominent business people. Rino, Prospect, Clement, Old San Rafael, Curtis Park, Arapahoe Square, and Ballpark neighborhoods are located within the larger Five Points neighborhood.”

RiNo, located just north of downtown Denver (the River North Art District) has fast become Denver’s hub for creative businesses such as architects, artists & galleries, designers, furniture makers, illustrators, painters, media artists, photographers, sculptors and home to Denver’s hippest locals. RiNo’s also has a large emerging culinary presence with the opening of several restaurants, microdistilleries & urban wineries.

The Ballpark neighborhood lies to the north of LODO (lower downtown) and Downtown Denver’s central business district.
Cool industrial style lofts, The Ballpark district, named for its proximity to Coors Field is a residential neighborhood adjacent to Downtown Denver. The area is primarily industrial in nature, consisting of a mix of historic 19th-century brick warehouses & other industrial structures from the mid-20th century. Many of the historic buildings have been renovated into Chic lofts, bars and restaurants.

Just north of Downtown Denver, you will find the Curtis Park neighborhood, a historic area developed in the 1860s and 1870s. Curtis Park is considered one of Denver’s oldest residential neighborhoods in the city. Curtis Park is considered an extremely accessible neighborhood for those who work Downtown via the RTD light rail. Curtis Park features homes of historical prominence plus new & unique lofts single family homes on beautiful, tree-lined streets.
