South Suburban East
Located along the southern boundary of Denver, the Southeast neighborhoods feel more like true suburban neighborhoods rather than parts of the city. These areas, developed mostly in the 1960s and 1970s, mostly offer large, ranch-style homes on expansive, mature lots. Southeast Denver is great for commuters and families with the interstate, I-25, running through the area. This gives residents easy access to the bustling downtown restaurants, sports arenas, and theaters.
